1. Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account, go to MY LAST REQUESTS and click on ADD REQUEST to request a return authorization - and tell us which items you wish to return in the MESSAGE Box.
You may also use your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and REPLY, telling us how we can better serve you.
You may also call Customer Service and ask for a Return Authorization.
2. Reorder replacement item for Free Return shipping (optional)
Go online or call customer service and place your new order for a replacement item(s) of equal or greater value than the item(s) returned. In the comment section, tell us the order number you are returning. Your new order will require payment for shipping if the value is under $300.
3. Shipping Label
You will be emailed a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. Place that outside your package and give to any Kinko's store or FedEx center or driver.
If you have placed a replacement order, the return shipping is Free. If you have not placed a replacement order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of merchandise credit due you.
- Customers have 21 days from date of order to have already shipped unwanted items back.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days once we receive your return. Shortly after, you'll receive an e-mail message confirming your refund. Please note that while the funds are subtracted from our account, some credit card companies may take 3 to 7 business days to process and post these refunds to their customer's accounts.
Claims due to manufacturer defects in either workmanship or material are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. True to Size Apparel, its agents and assigns will assist in every way to resolve such matters when they arise, but are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for the aforementioned.
If we have shipped your product in error, sending you something that is not what you ordered, such as you ordered a size large, we shipped a size small; True to Size Apparel will send you the correct item or refund your purchase.
Before you purchase a large order, we suggest you place a test order. Large orders can cost everyone time and no one is happy with such a return due to lost time and shipping / handling expense.
Returns for orders of $300 or greater are returned to the manufacturer, and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. This restocking fee is not negotiable as the fee is charged by the manufacturer, so please do not hesitate to call us before placing an order of this size as we certainly want you to be happy with your purchase the first time and do not want you to pay a restocking fee.
NO Returns are possible for closeout, embroidered, screen printed, altered or washed items. All other items must be received by True to Size Apparel within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date for a refund of its purchase price.
Holidays, Birthdays or other national or personal events are not considered with regard to the number of days from the date an order is placed, to which a return may be requested. Please do not purchase an item from our website if Christmas or other date sensitive events are a factor, as we buy from embroidery & screen printing suppliers who are not seasonal

Shipping & handling charges are based on the amount you order. The charges shown above are for a single address. Delivery to additional addresses is only $5.95 per address. 'Value of Order' includes the total price of the items plus gift boxing if applicable. Value of Order does NOT include monogramming, embroidery, school uniform logos or any applicable sales tax.
Shipping OptionsMost orders are shipped within two business days after the date your order is / was placed, Monday through Friday. (Weekends and holidays are not business days). To complete some orders, delay may occur as some items may not be available at the time of your order and may have to be received in our Oregon warehouse from other parts of the United States. (we consolidate products in Oregon to save you a much higher cost of shipping several packages from several brands / warehouses). The number of days it takes to receive your order includes both the number of days it takes for us and/or our supplier(s) to give your order to a carrier + the number of days it takes UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service to deliver to your address.
1. Economy: Starts at $5.99 and ships usually via SmartPost (a service of FedEx and the US Postal Service. Delivers in a range of 5 to 9 days. Advantage of US Post Office delivery is that, unlike UPS or FedEx, the Post Office delivers on Saturdays. :)
2. FedEx / UPS Ground: While most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 days from date order is shipped (not necessarily the same date as when ordered), delivery is not guaranteed, Ships faster than SmartPost and costs a little bit more. When checking out you will see the flat rate cost per dollar value of your order first, then have an option of selecting the somewhat faster ground delivery or 3-day delivery.
2. 3-Day Delivery: One brand (such as Port Authority or Augusta Sportswear) per order. Edwards brand not available for this service. Service is not guaranteed. The date you place an order does not count as a ship date. Orders placed after 1PM EST (eastern standard time / east coast) are processed the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are also not counted as ship dates unless you ordered Saturday delivery. Air and Ground shipping does not move on the weekends or holidays unless you specifically paid for Saturday delivery. Service is not guaranteed. There are many factors that can upset the delivery date, such as orders received after 1pm EST, the supplier's warehouse may have too many orders to process and your order did not ship in time, bad weather, mechanical failure of delivery vehicles, etc.)
3. Next Day & 2nd Day Air - call for price quote. To get some idea of the cost before you even call, please notice that a t-shirt has a weight without a box or shipping envelope of 1/2 pound. The taxpayer subsidized US Mail charges $22.20 to mail 1/2 pounds from Oregon to Florida next day air. Service is guaranteed.
4. The shipping information on this page is general in nature. Do not rely upon this information if you have a time sensitive order. You are asked to call Customer Service before placing your order, as products come from more than fifteen warehouses around the country. Different items ship from different warehouses located anywhere in the United States. Some colors, sizes and styles may not be convenient to our Oregon office, and some items may not be in stock for immediate delivery at the time you desire it. We have an in-stock rate of over 92% but not 100%.
5. You may receive multiple shipments if you ordered more than one brand of apparel. Log into your account if you are missing items from your order as they may be coming from a different warehouse. True to Size Apparel ships from over 20 locations in the United States.
6. An incorrect and/or an incomplete address will result in additional freight charges, even if that address was entered by our customer service representative. You are emailed your order immediately after your credit card has been approved, and are responsible for correcting any errors as to size, color, style, quantity or delivery address(s). Order errors can occur as a result of a misunderstanding of words due to accent or phone call clarity.
Shipping is via UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Smart Post or US Mail. Excluding holidays, bad weather and or mechanical delays, most orders are shipped in about two business days. Delivery is then about three days to California, Nevada (west coast), about five days to Illinois, Kansas (midwest) and about seven days from Oregon to New York, Florida. Please note, the item(s) you ordered may be sent in separate shipments from different warehouses, but at no additional cost to you.

All orders of $80 or more, that are not embroidered or screen printed, are shipped for FREE to any of the 48 continental United States addresses. These orders ship as Premium Shipping if one brand is ordered per order, meaning you receive your order in three business days (excluding weekends, holidays) or less if ordered before noon.
Please note that 3-Day shipping is not guaranteed delivery by UPS or FedEx. Most orders do arrive within that timeline. The only guaranteed method of delivery is Next Day and Second Day Air.

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping
The minimum UPS ground shipping cost is $5.99. As the quantity and dollar amount of an order increases, the cost for the order decreases when compared to the order total. As you buy more, the percentage cost of freight is less, because UPS rates are based upon weight and distance.
All orders under $300 that are not premium shipping orders will ship from Oregon.
Economy Shipping: Order by 11 am Oregon time (Pacific Standard Time)
Shipping costs are kept low by our use of an innovative method to ship many of our orders. Just like Amazon.com® and other giants in the mail order business, True to Size Apparel uses SmartPost, shipping many orders via FedEx to the post office nearest the customer, where the US Postal Service completes the delivery. FedEx SmartPost provides delivery Monday through Saturday to all residential addresses in the U.S., including P.O. Boxes.
Regular $5.99 or more freight paid orders ships (not delivered by) in three business days (do not include weekends or holidays) from Eugene Oregon about 95% of the time. Rarely we must pull items from warehouses sometimes as far away as Florida. On those rare occasions it may take seven days to ship. Orders placed on Monday before 11 am will ship on Wednesday, etc. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not supported by our website. Please call customer service for help to these states as the costs to ship are much higher.
