We are offering your custom designs on a large selection of hats that are decorated in China. There are three programs

With a minimum order of 150 identical caps (there are other programs out there where the minimum starts at 1200 caps), your embroidery is not charged by the number of stitches or size of logo, merely by the location. There are no setup / tape charges. There are a wide variety of custom features you can choose from, such as a silkscreen interior, soft PVC emblem, silkscreen on the sweatband, split visor lettering, chenille lettering, embossed buckles, embossed suede, felt lettering, flex fit caps, front visor embroidery, suede emblems, visor magnet, plastic decoration, visor end lettering, mesh side, back clip, cord closure, woven elastic bands and woven designs.

With a minimum order of 150 identical caps, the cost is much lower and there are fewer features than the custom program. You get an unlimited amount of stitches per location, and no setup / tape charges.

With a minimum order of 150 identical hats or scarves, you can have puff or flat embroidery, no setup / tape charges, an unlimited amount of embroidery stitches per location, and an email proof.

Shipping to any destination anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico is free for garment & accessory orders of $80 or greater. Cost of decoration (screen printing, embroidery) are not included when determining shipping costs. All orders are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground unless upgraded & paid for by the customer or for no extra charge to USPS Priority Mail at TSA’s sole discretion.
