Make service your first priority, not success and success will follow you 

Once you have started any business or company and built what you had planned for yourself you think that everything is sorted out and you don’t have to do much effort now. But before you assume all this, you should consider your next step. How will you make this company a success? Frankly, just constructing a great building for your business and having a vision for your product or technology is insufficient. The true measure of success lies with the only people who really determine your company’s future: your customers. 

It all depends upon the services you and your company are providing to the people. If you have captured their minds with your great and effective services then it is ultimately your and your company’s success. You don’t have to follow success in every case sometimes success follows you but you need to understand how this happens. Just deliver and provide services up to the mark of expectations of your customers. If you make service your first priority and not success then success will surely follow you. There are many tracks available to go to the destination of “success” and this is an important track will take you to success. 

We cannot say vision, knowledge and experience are to be ignored; they’re valuable pieces of the success and deserve your consideration. But they are working as background elements of success which you have to process in every situation. They aren’t as valuable as your “services” as they are your identity and your business/company are known due to the services you are providing. Your ideas could be phenomenal, but if your customers are happy with their current options of services and have no interest in or appreciation for your variety your brilliant ideas about the available services won’t have much of a future. 

You need to put your customers’ perspectives and needs far ahead of your own to give your company a fighting chance. If you make the services you are providing your first priority then it will make everything better in all aspects and you won’t have to follow success instead success will follow you. what is important to you, must be made into a priority and “service” is one of them, if you don't make what is important to you. Don't waste another second on the things that drain your energy or make you feel fatigued, start noticing how can you make service your priority and work hard on achieving it. whatever you do make sure it makes you more successful. sometimes the things we are most afraid of are the things that make us successful. 

Your service is being evaluated every time customers or potential customers have contact with you. So, pay attention on how to provide better services to be successful. Your priority should be developing a truly great customer experience with your company. Always look for ways to make it simpler and more fun for customers to interact with your company.
